Who provides the services

Neo-V is the brand of Neo Vitruvian Ventures, an Indian sole proprietorship owned by Saleha Parveen and operated by Meiraj. Meiraj AI is a sub-brand. Contact us at support@neovitruvian.com.

Monthly design partnership

Monthly membership costs $4,995 USD and renews monthly until cancelled. One design request is active at a time. Brand, web, product and marketing design are provided within the scope agreed for your partnership. Specialist production, AI, event and strategy services require a separate quote.

We agree the brief, deliverables and timing with you in writing. Delivery time depends on complexity and timely receipt of your content and feedback; there is no universal 48-hour delivery guarantee. A subscription pause or credit for unused days is not currently offered.

Cancellation and refunds

Contact support@neovitruvian.com before your next renewal to cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; your service remains available through the end of the paid period.

For your first subscription purchase, you may request a 75% refund within seven calendar days after service starts, provided no deliverable has been completed. Completed work is not refundable. After the first seven calendar days, no subscription refund is permitted. Cancellation does not refund a paid period. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Individually quoted projects

Your written quote or project agreement sets the scope, deliverables, revision allowance, delivery dates, price, any applicable taxes, payment schedule and project cancellation/refund terms before work begins. These project-specific terms govern your project; the subscription refund offer does not apply to separately quoted work. Changes in scope require an agreed revised quote.

Materials and handover

Please provide materials you are entitled to use. Final handover rights, editable/source files and any third-party asset licences are specified in your project agreement. Third-party software, fonts, stock media or hosting may require separate licences or fees agreed in advance.
