Cancel your monthly membership

Email support@neovitruvian.com before your next renewal, using the email associated with your subscription and including your subscription reference. Cancellation stops future renewals. Service remains available until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancellation does not automatically refund that period.

First-week refund

For your first subscription purchase, request a refund within seven calendar days after service starts. A 75% refund is available only if no deliverable has been completed. Completed work is not refundable.

After the first seven calendar days, no subscription refund is permitted.

To request an eligible refund, email support@neovitruvian.com with your subscription reference. We will check the service start date and whether a deliverable has been completed. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.

Individual projects

Cancellation and refund terms for separately quoted projects are agreed in the written quote or project agreement before work begins. The subscription first-week refund offer does not apply to these projects.

Pausing and your rights

Pausing subscriptions or preserving unused service days is not currently offered. Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
