Monthly membership costs $4,995 USD and renews monthly until cancelled, with one active design request at a time within the agreed brand, web, product and marketing design scope. Specialist production, AI, events and strategy require separate quotes. Delivery dates are agreed in writing. Cancel by contacting support@neovitruvian.com before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; service remains available through the paid period. For your first subscription purchase, a 75% refund may be requested within seven calendar days after service starts only if no deliverable has been completed. Completed work is not refundable. After the first seven calendar days, no subscription refund is permitted. Cancellation does not refund a paid period.
