Your Core Responsibilities

• Market Scouting: Canvas key commercial districts, business parks, and local hubs to identify companies in need of a digital facelift or marketing overhaul.

• Strategic Outreach: Use a "consultative" approach to engage business owners, moving past gatekeepers to speak with decision-makers.

• Deal Structuring: Present our service packages (Web, Social, Marketing, Events, Design, Creative) and negotiate contract terms to close the deal.

• Relationship Management: Act as the bridge between the client and our production team during the onboarding phase.

• Self-Starter: You are your own CEO. You manage your own schedule, route, and pipeline without needing a manager to check in.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (Direct sales, Advertising, or Payroll services preferred).

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent verbal communication and "street-side" presentation skills.

• Ability to travel locally (Must have reliable transportation).
